Her professional path has been shaped by her time at Suffolk University鈥檚 Madrid Campus, where she held the role of Director of Operations and Campus Director, overseeing key departments, managing emergency and crisis strategies, and driving record enrollment growth through innovative recruitment strategies.

Elisa has also led international initiatives at Universidad Nebrija, coordinating institutional agreements across continents, managing EU-funded mobility programs, and representing the university at major global education forums. She has designed and implemented customized international programs that combine academic rigor with real-world challenges and industry collaboration.
