Dr. Albana Canollari-Baze is a Chartered Psychologist (recognized by the British Psychological Society) with over 18 years of international experience in lecturing, research, and consultancy in the field of Developmental and Cultural Psychology.

Her work focuses on the intersection of socio-cultural change, education, and workplace dynamics, with a strong emphasis on cultural identity development, diversity, and ethics.

Holding a Ph.D. in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University, Dr. Canollari-Baze has taught at leading institutions across the UK, France, and Albania.

In addition to academia, she is the founder of ABC Consultancy, offering personalized coaching to global professionals. Her consultancy work includes collaborations with the Council of Europe and UNICEF.

Fluent in four languages and certified in professional coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy, Dr. Canollari-Baze continues to advocate for inclusive, ethical, and evidence-based psychological practices across cultures and systems.
