Biography

Dr. Fouad Kazim is a seasoned academic and business leader with over three decades of cross-sector experience spanning financial services, entrepreneurship, and higher education.

He began his career in global financial institutions, including CIBC Bank, City Fund Management, Prebon Yamane, Bloomberg LP, and Kalahari Software Solutions. His professional scope includes financial market analysis, trading, broking, sales optimization, and technology platform implementation.

In 2009, Dr Kazim transitioned to digital entrepreneurship. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on leadership styles and digital transformation.

His scholarly and applied research integrates agile methodologies with empirical and design-led approaches such as value stream mapping, persona modelling, and co-creative innovation frameworks.

Dr. Kazim lectures and delivers executive education internationally, including engagements in France, the UK, the Netherlands, China, and the USA.

He developed the R.I.M.E.庐 model and the PTM 庐 model to align stakeholder engagement and improve institutional and organizational performance. His research explores the transformative impact of exponential technologies鈥攊ncluding AI, 5G, IoT, AR/VR, and cloud systems鈥攐n business, learning, and social structures.
