Biography

With over 20 years of experience in education, business, and consulting, Dr. Genevieve "Gen" Dobson is an accomplished educator, academic leader, and employability strategist.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of South Florida (USF), an MBA, and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Dr. Dobson currently serves as a professor, employability advisor, and program lead at Schiller. She is known for her student-centered approach and passion for educational transformation, regularly leading workshops on AI in education, career design, and entrepreneurship.

Beyond academia, Dr. Dobson is a successful entrepreneur, founding Degrees of Success in 2010, a nationally recognized student loan management firm.

She also founded Winederlust, a luxury wine and travel brand.
