Biography

Prof. Dr. Natalya Burkle has more than 25 years of experience in academic and scientific activities. Since 2014, she has been working at Schiller.  

She gained a Bachelor's in teaching English as a foreign language, a Master's in English and German linguistics, a Master's in international management, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Doctor of Honor of TOEFL Education from Harvard University.  

Her PhD on university education highlighted the issues about leadership formation, its barriers, including cross-cultural aspects, and the ways of increasing its efficiency.  

Dr. Natalya Buerkle has more than 10 years of experience working at different international companies as an independent consultant on HRM, international management, and marketing.  

Her expertise is in analyzing the marketing and management of companies. From this result, she presents proposals about increasing the attractiveness of the projects, taking into consideration the peculiarities of cross-cultural communication.
