Prior to completing his MBA, he had a successful career in fundraising for the nonprofit sector in London, and in business development and fundraising in research institutions such as the German Cancer Research Center and Human Rights Watch in Germany.

He has developed a successful career both as a senior strategic think tank analyst and, as an economic analyst, editor and writer in the financial sector and media.

Carmen graduated from Schiller Heidelberg in 1997 with a major in Business Administration and International Business. She developed a very successful career at Electrolux, where she worked as a marketing communications manager for several years.

 graduated from Schiller London in 2001 with a major in Business Administration and from Schiller Madrid in 2002 with a Master of Business Administration. She has a successful career in the fashion industry where she worked for iconic brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren as an international director.
